Let’s Make the Future Friendly was TELUS’ first national social purpose campaign, aligning brand, product, and people across every business unit. From AR-driven storytelling to retail to integrated B2B and B2C campaigns, my work helped give Canada’s third-largest telecom a more human voice, and a sharper creative edge.
The result? A 25% lift in brand recognition as a sustainability leader, and an integrated national campaign that set a new bar for impact and cohesion.
